We are tucked away in the lower reaches of the tranquil Xeros Valley between Choletria & Nata villages in a beautifully restored stone house that was a former water mill, and which is now the home of our Choletria Mill Cattery.
I have for many years worked in social care, and have always owned, and loved cats, I have had a lifelong ambition to one day run a cattery of my own. And so it comes as no great surprise then to know that no sooner than Dave my husband had put his tools away from renovating the mill house, out they came again to design and build my beloved cattery. And so Dave and I finally cut the ribbon and opened the doors of Choletria Mill Cattery for business.
The carefully thought out and idyllic positioning of the cattery affords it the maximum benefits of natural light, and a gentle through-flow of breeze, that in turn compliment the spacious and airy atmosphere of the whole place. The 11 roomy pens are 2.02mt x 2.40mt (6’7” x 7’10”) which are better described as ‘rooms’, are cosy enough for the sleepiest of cats, and yet more than big enough for the most active, there is also an onsite office and kitchen for food preparation, I give personal attention to all my boarders, which includes daily grooming, loving, and for the more active cats, there is a playtime too!
Special dietary needs are catered for, as is long term boarding.
We also have a collection, and delivery service available by appointment for a small fee, this can include a trip to Paphos airport to meet the owner on or off the plane.
There are no dogs on site. It is a non-smoking establishment.
Visitors to the cattery are very welcome, and can be arranged by calling me on 99421674, or
